SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the text message (SMS) program offered by Federov Management, LLC ("Federov," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

When you opt in to the Federov SMS program, you will receive account notifications about your account. Message categories are limited to account notifications, such as statement availability and account activity confirmations.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have requested.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Federov does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive messages by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting (for example, by checking a consent box on our account form or providing consent during onboarding). Consent is not a condition of opening an account or receiving any service.

Opt-Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
